First off, a couple of you guys were right about creatine, water retention in your muscles, but as for recovery time, i personally think that even IF it does which wouldnt make too much sence (amino acids and protine are all that feed and recover your muscles) creatine is great if you want a more hardcore pump, that feeling you get when your all maxed out after you leave the gym stays with you a lot longer then usuial not to mention the slight visuial difference of looking a little more larger then you are, creatine to me is good once and a while, like for the summer when your on the beach and want to impress the ladies :)

if your working out it is ESSENTIAL you get your protine, without feeding your muscles your body has nothing to grow with, sure you rip your muscles in the gym but without protine all your body will do is eat the muscle you already have and use it to heal what you ripped inevidably keeping you the same size, you NEED your bodyweight in grams of protine if you want to mass build, 80% of your body weight in grams if your an endurance trainer and 60% just to feed them if your doing nothing. to me id rather miss a workout then to skip a day of eating propperly. quick example for all you retards who cant clue in to what im saying, if i weigh 172 lbs and im workin out, wanting to becomne bigger, in a day i eat 172 grams of protine divided throughout the day.

as for roids, muscle stimulators and pro-hormones, this is the basics for how they work, in simple terms. ive had a lot of friends who use roids, and i dont like the idea personally, aside from the extreme side effects, i DO plan on doing something called a pro-hormone tho, however illigal in canada, you can still buy them from re-flex retailers (only sold to those who ask about them lol) or over the boarder from internet suppliment retailers, (just call the company and ask them to rebottle the pills so that they can make it across customs at the boarder and they will for no charge)

the fact of the matter is tho, people do roids and any other form of muscle growers (also known as anabolic inhibitors) is because they make you big and fast, but people dont realize how to make them work propperly, you think you just all of a suddenly gain weight out of nowhere by going to the gym, you think that workin out for a month is suddenly gonna make 15 lbs come out of nowhere and plop itself onto your muscles? no! the way it works, is that the normal body absorbs protine, which repairs torn muscle you rip in the gym aswell as just feeding unused muscle at a normal human rate, this rate means that your body only absorbs about 30-40 grams of protine every 2 hours, anything else eaten during that 2 hour span is wasted, you will just shit it out, on any roid or prohormone, your bodys ability to absorb protine is increased anywhere from 200-700%, what does this mean? you absorb protine at an ASTRONOMICAL level allowing your body to repair itself and grow 2-7 times faster then usuial, so in essence, you should take in that much more protine everyday, just go hard, 300+ grams of protine everyday and its all gonna be used to make you bigger, you do it for a month, that month will have been like you worked out for 2-7 solid months in results, thats how it is! so there, anything else you need to know about bodybuilding ant nutrition, just ask ;)

I was told if you use roids past 3 weeks, your risk for liver and other complications increase drastically.

that depends on the roids you do, some give immediate damage, and some you dont even get to keep your gains, which to me is retarded. but in any case there are MANY different kinds, i would check out anabolicreview.com or anabolix.com to see the veriety of types there are, a cycle of roids should usuially be used for 4-8 weeks, but damage usuially doesnt become apparent till after like the 4th or 5th cycle, its like doin a cap of e, not like your gonna die from it, but you go and do it 30 times, u might get some damage. i wouldnt use roids personally, i would just go for the pro hormones, they are a lot more expensive, and rightfully so, they are that much better and legit, minimal side effects and some COMPLETELY without like 1-AD and 4AD, im going to try a cycle of andro-4 and 1-AD at the same time to see the gains after the summer, will be my first potent cycle.

I am on Creatine mixed with NO2. Go to your local GNC and ask for the NO2 book and read it through. Its an incredible supplement.

yea they sell that stuff at my gym, i dunno, its a little too expensive for what it would do for me, im going for something a little more practical results wise, i might give it a try in the future, but keep me updated on the results and effects that you notice while taking it.

I have some friends who use Creotine. None that I know of use roids of any sorts. When my friend and I work out, he uses Creotine while I use nothing. I can definitely see a difference. I definitely don't know all the technical reasons like you guys do, but from actually seeing a difference, I know it's doing something.

The only thing I do is go on all protein diets such as Atkins. Not to lose fat but to help build muscle. I take in around 20 carbs per day while the rest of my diet consists of all protein and fat. Sounds strange but it seems to help a little. Many folks do not get enough protein in their diets. People nowadays eat WAY TOO MANY carbs. Too many carbs = bad. Breads, cereals, many fruits etc. It's so much different than how we were taught. Throw that food pyramid out the window.

Anyhow, no matter what you do, I believe protein to be key in building any sort of muscle.

Stay away from roids. Not worth it in my opinion.
