Just found this forum again, I remember around 7 years ago I was on here all the time posting about my latest US-East Hardcore kills.. Anyone remember playing with me?

My account was "TheNegotiator" and my character name was Sharplances. I recently was going through some really old files and found a few screenshots with a whole bunch of high level hardcore ears and it brought me back to my good ol' D2 days.. playing for 5 hours every day, man I miss Diablo 2.. I had some great memories playing this game.

I remember you, you should def. post some of those screen shots.

I couldn't ever figure out how you would pk people with a lance barb and not eventually die, or how you were so fearless with ur char. i remember you as having the same pk char in hell for a really long time

i actually was going to fight you on a pure vit barb once but you grabbed a combat shrine and i was like eh no thanks and alt f4ed

I think this one was one of my better PK's.. this is right when the expansion came out and she was like #7 or so on ladder. And she was the first one on US East HC to have the full tal rasha set. Too bad she didn't give me loot

I think i might of been in one of those screenshots with hck tag. So many d2 characters i cant remember. Thats a lot of ears.

I'll definitely be the first to admit that I was kind of a dick to some people on D2, but it was just so much fun hunting people and trying to kill them in HC. But yeah, Farmer Gus did help me out a little bit once in a while

I think people still mention your name when they talk about the greatest d2 PKer in the rare times we remember the old days.

i remember when you came into games hsotiled me but never once did you come after me. You did not messsed with full vit sword barbs much.

Yeah I was more interested in just joining a party in a full game, finding out where everyone was, then turning hostile on and trying to hunt them.. My guy wasn't really a dueler as much as he was a hunter.

I think I do remember two CoWa's killing me before the expansion, but I did also kill quite a few of you guys before and after the expansion as well.

In the expansion I played on both "TheNegotiator" and "ThePolishPony".. and Maximus-Kilimus was my other PK'er.

Just seeing this forum and talking to you guys makes me want to get back into the game, I had so much fun playing it and I haven't really played anything good since.. Do you guys still play the game?

I never got into WOW or any other MMO's b/c they did'nt have a hardcore mode like in Diablo 2. I bought Hellgate but I haven't really gotten into it. The only thing I'm worried about is that I'm 23 now, I played the game when I was 15-17 and I don't know if I can devote as much time as I used to for it. Also, not quite sure if I can be as 'evil' as I used to be since I'm a little more mature now

im sure some people still play, most of us dont tho, however. every ladder reset we set out and take an entire night/morning and be teh first world wide to beat hell baal in HC so atleast we ahvent lost our touch

We always play right at ladder resets for the ladder run marathon, but I doubt PvM is your thing. Although you could tag along with us and pk when you're done.

I don't know if I could play next reset, depends when it happens I guess.

i think i might play again next reset with my bro. my little bro is 12, and has a evel 91 HC sorc, 89 necro and 70 barb. He has a load of ears too! Funny stuff when you think about it LOL
