It's an online mod with PVE and PVP running on Fallout 2 engine. Very little turn-based stuff, most of it is real-time.

There's almost nothing here from the old game in terms of quests/story line.

It's a stand-alone game with new quests, crafting, repeatable dungeons with re-spawning mobs and loot, open world pvp, factions, etc.

Some stuff is solo-able. For other stuff you need groups of people.

Expect to die a lot and lose gear. Not very noob friendly.
