He sells all runes. Apparently on all servers. I bought one for curiosity. It's completely automated.
Send FG with the comment saying the game/pw you're already in. It doesn't matter id the guy is online or not. A char joins the game, drops the rune, then drops from the game (does not quit the game) to likely roll the char back and keep the rune.
Wtf.

and he probably only does runes because once a rune goes into an item it's permed iirc
