my thoughts are its not iksar because they are only on kunark..dark elves prolly..there all around and don't feud with each other..humans have to many problems with each other miltia vs north freeport.... eles don't bother with others problems and dwarfs could carealess...dark elves are the most feared. or that Well I know for sure its not Iskars, ogres, trolls, Gnomes, darkelves. I would Either have to say High Elves, or Wood Elfs... Tunare would have had to of made the elves first, and its not DE b/c they had to be made (by tunare) to be corrupted by innoruk. So my Guess is HE.
